Cheat Your Way To Millionaire Status

I want to talk to you about something key to your overall
success. A topic if understood and used persistently will
surely increase your conversion rate from prospect to sign
up in your business.

If you are to set yourself apart from your competition this
is an extremely easy way to do it.

First you must understand that for the vast majority of your
prospects are highly skeptical about you and your business
and are actively looking for a way to dismiss you as someone
who's just like all those others out there.

They all carry the attitude of "I've tried something like
this before and it didn't work, what's going to make this go
around any different?"

And well you can try to explain why you and your business
are so great, but that's what the average guy does and so
it's not so effective.

There is a better way, and it's actually easier than
spending your time trying to verbally sell your prospect on
you and your business and it's this . . .

Let your successes do the talking for you!

Here's what I mean.

In all that you do be sure to archive proof of what sets you
apart, any small minor success that you've had is potent
weapon you can use and in fact you should be using.

If you have people on your team that you've helped achieve,
ask them to write you a quick note about what they think
about you.

It doesn't matter if you only helped them gain one new
prospect and they're excited about it, it's just as powerful
to that skeptical prospect as someone saying you helped them
make a million dollars.

In fact, it may even be more powerful because your prospect
must first bridge the mental gap between where they are now
to actually doing what you're doing and to be honest if you
flash them a statement saying you helped someone recruit 20
people it may scare your prospects away.

It's to big for them at the outset.

They simple need to see that what you do works and it's easy
to get started and that you're a good person that others are
excited to work with.

And well these little notes your team members pass you are
just what they want and need to see.

Third party validation is a powerful thing.
Don't under
estimate it.

Instead, take a couple minutes to ask your team members to
shoot you a note about why they enjoy working with you.

And over the course of time you'll have more than a good
reason for your prospects to join you.

Now don't think that's all you can use.

Use your own success, use your own stats, take screen shots
of what's working for you and use these too.

If you don't have many on your team now, well your own
validation is what's going to be doing the lions share of
the work in showing your prospects what sets you apart from
the other guy that just tries to hype them over the phone.

How To Overcome Your Prospects Skepticism

This may be one of the most important emails that I ever
send to you. If you can understand what I am about to say
you'll understand the true fabric of both the internet and
using the internet to grow your network marketing business.

Understand this . . .

Just as there are two sides to everything, a ying and yang
to say, so are there two sides to your internet business and
many make the mistake by not taking note of this.

There are several things that you can do to generate
targeted traffic to your site and for each and every single
one of them there are about 50 guys with products telling
you and me how to do them the best. That's fine and it's
actually a good sign because it means there truly is more
than one way to skin a cat
with any given traffic generation
technique, but unless you realize what you're doing you can
put a great deal of undue stress on yourself.

I don't mean know "what you're doing" in terms of being an
expert in any of this stuff, I mean a goal, a vision of what
your business is going to look like one year from now, and
then 5 and 10 years from now.

Without this you can easily put yourself in a position where
you're doing far too much for little to no appreciable
result and a mind full of mixed emotions and fear.

Quite a few of the people that email me fall into this trap.

(It's not their fault, it just happens to us a people if
we're not aware of what's going on in our mind and let our
emotions lead us.)

Their emails go something like this . . .

"I've been doing xyz and I've generated some traffic,
but no one is buying anything I'm scared, frustrated, and I
think I'm going to quite."

What you think is what in generally happens so when I read
these words I can literally see the little spark that
started their business start to flutter out.

Further . . .

Even putting things like this into writing is the wrong idea
because it creates and transmits the wrong mental vibe for
success, and mostly likely will send you on a downward
spiral towards a negative outlook
on your business. And if
you're not positive about your business you're on the way
out.

It's reactionary in nature.Entrepreneurs don't react they
create.

And all this happens because most don't really know what
they are doing. They have a vague idea that they want more
money right now and they've found a business with an
opportunity to fulfill that, but they don't think past it.

This happened to me when I began and it left me open to self
victimization. Anything that promised me money now I bought
and subsequently failed.

Understand this about the internet . . .

There are things that you can do that are quick fixes and
others that will build a foundation so that your business
continues to grow for years to come.

I chose to do the later, after trying the other way.

The strategies and the mental focus differ significantly.

If you think I need to set up a PPC campaign so that I can
get people into my business today because I need money right
now then you'll most likely do the following.

You'll find the quickest and easiest way to put up a vaguely
targeted Google Adwords campaign and just throw it out
there to see what sticks.

Most of the stuff won't. And you'll say I generated some
traffic but nothing is happening.

On the other hand, if you think with a long term perspective
in mind on your business when you approach your marketing,
even with that same exact PPC campaign you'll do things
totally differently.

You'll say I want this campaign to still produce targeted
traffic a year from now and I don't want to have to keep
updating it all the time so let me make sure when I do my
research I do it thoroughly so I won't have to do it again.

It will take longer to do, but the results are much much
better both in the short and long term.

Do you see what I'm saying here?

It's where you focus you mind in your marketing that will
dictate your results.

Think first of what you want and then create your internet
advertising campaign around that, and what you want has to
be more specific than just some targ'eted traffic and some
leads and some people in my business so that I make money
now.

Have a real defined end in mind before the game begins.

And don't think this faulty mindset is something that only
happens to us as marketers. It happens to owners of network
marketing companies that go out of business in just a few
short years and those guys launching product after product
just to see what we will buy.

These people also have a frantic "now now now" frame of
mind.

Think about the type of people and companies you are dealing
with just as much as yourself when doing your marketing.

Stay as far away from those with vaguely defined goals and
visions of what they want no matter if they are your upline
leader, company owner, or the guy you're thinking about
buying an eBook from.

Why?

Well remember how I said I was listening and watching the
leaves blow in the wind?

If you follow the advice of a person whoonly thinks about right
now well then you become just like those leaves. You leave
yourself open to whatever weather blows you're way.

If you plan and set out only to do those things that fit
your plan you root yourself deep into the ground like a
sturdy oak tree that ain't movin.

Finally! 100% Automated Recruiting System Free!

I've found it, it's what we've all been searching for for
years! A 100% automated prospecting and recruiting system
that generates all traffic, follows up with all your leads,
and closes them into your business and it's absolutely free.

All you do is join for free and watch the magic happen. It's
truly amazing!

Yeah right . . .

Yesterday I was asked in a training call if there was a way
to totally automate a marketing system for a network marketing
company. You know, set it and forget it.

A good question, and one that many of us ponder and actively
search for.

But it's something that does not and cannot exist.

Some companies will try to sell you on the idea that their
business is 100% automated. All you do is get in and watch
the magic happen, but don't fall for it or you'll be extremely
disappointed.

Why?

There are three things you should NEVER automate in your
business and any attempt will leave you with empty pockets.

1. Your lead generation - Do NOT outsource your lead
generation. Do NOT let someone generate leads for you at a
cost, it just won't pan out. Lead generation in your
business is the most crucial part of your business and
should never ever be outsourced. You don't ever want to give
another person control over where your leads come from or
how you get them. It will put you at major disadvantage.

2. Your prospecting - How you interact with your prospects
builds the foundation of trust between you and your growing
team. Give this task to another and there is literally
nothing holding your team together except maybe money. But
even in the most ideal of situations money is not
enough to keep your team together and growing
.

3. Your training - Don't let someone else train your
recruits, again this process is more than just information
dissemination it's essential to creating the tight knit
relationships that hold your team together. Do NOT let
someone else do this.

It's easy to outsource everything if given the opportunity,
but in your network marketing business it's not going to
ever work in the long run
. Sure there maybe some buzz about
some business that does most of the work for you and maybe a
few people that have made a little money without doing
anything, but the odds aren't in your favor no matter how
appealing the offer sounds.

Your marketing system can be automated, but your marketing
cannot.

Remember this and don't fall prey to those who try to give
you a quick and easy solution to growing your business. It's
just not something that's going to pan out.

Just a word to the wise . . .

Business Blogging for Your Sucess

I have finally had some time to start the section on business blogging. It is just the start but I will soon have up the benefits and other great information about using a blog to jump start your business.

This information should be good for beginners and intermediate internet marketers. In time I will add in much more information regarding tips used by the pro's.

Well it is that time again, Christmas. I love this time, the kids are all pumped up and ready for Santa. We have snow on the ground and more to come. I really excited to see the kids faces this year when they see their presents.

We will go see my side of the family for a couple of days in Saskatoon. We will watch the world juniors on the 26th then head home that night.

We went around Edmonton Ada Blvd with the kids to look at the house lights. They had a great time. Elijah was whooping it up.

Check out the website for the blogging information. Like I said I will be adding more here shortly.
